Platform fee
Standom charges a flat 15% platform fee on every paid vote. There are no monthly fees, setup fees, or subscriptions — we only earn when you do.
Launch promo — 0% for 30 days
Eligible new creators receive a 0% platform fee for their first 30 days. During the promo window you keep 100% of vote revenue (less Stripe's processing fee). After it ends, the standard 15% applies automatically.
Minimums
Two minimums apply. Each paid vote must be priced at a minimum of $0.50, and every purchase has a $2.99 minimum— fans buy votes in bundles rather than one at a time. The $2.99 floor keeps Stripe's fixed per-transaction fee from eating small charges, which protects your margin. You can also run fully free campaigns.
Bundles
You may offer up to three discounted vote bundles. Each bundle must cost less per vote than your base price — a simple way to reward fans who back their favorites in bulk.
Stripe processing fees
Card payments are processed by Stripe, which charges its own processing fee (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). This is separate from the Standom platform fee and is deducted by Stripe.
Payouts
Revenue is routed directly to your connected Stripe Express account on every paid vote. Standom never holds your funds — Stripe handles payouts to your bank on its standard schedule.
Example
On a $9.99 bundle during standard pricing: a $1.50 platform fee (15%) plus about $0.59 in Stripe processing — which you cover as the merchant of record — leaving about $7.90paid out to you. During the 0% promo, the platform fee is waived (you still cover Stripe's processing fee).
