These terms govern your use of Standom.io. By creating a campaign or casting a vote, you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary for the MVP and is not a substitute for legal advice.
The service
Standom lets creators host pay-to-rank leaderboard campaigns and lets fans vote on them. Fans vote as guests — we collect an email to attribute votes and never create fan passwords.
Creator responsibilities
You are responsible for the campaigns and content you publish, for complying with applicable laws, and for the accuracy of your Stripe payout details. You must own or have the rights to any images you upload.
Payments & payouts
Paid votes are processed via Stripe Checkout as destination charges to your connected account, minus the platform fee described on our Fees page. Votes are final — all sales are non-refundable except where required by law or at the platform's discretion in cases of fraud or error.
Acceptable use
No illegal, hateful, harassing, infringing, or fraudulent content. No manipulation of voting through automated means. We may suspend or end any campaign that violates these terms, and may withhold payouts on suspended campaigns pending review.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Standom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
